Day 01: London – Istanbul - Bodrum - Gumbet
This morning you board your flight to Bodrum. This flight is via Istanbul. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel in Gumbet the Resort in Bodrum Peninsula is one of the most popular resorts in Turkey. It is a destination mostly popular with European tourists.

Day 02: Dalyan River Cruise
Today after breakfast you take a trip up the Dalyan River through some of the most spectacular scenery to see the cliff tombs at Caunos. These tombs date back over 2000 years, while archaeological evidence suggests that a settlement of some kind existed as early as 9th century B.C. Wildlife is in abundance in the area, and Caretta Beach near the village of Dalyan itself is the breeding ground for loggerhead turtles. On this excursion remember to bring your bathing suits as you will be visiting the famous MUD BATHS and also enjoying the beach.

Day 03: Ephesus
This morning we commence our excursion to Ephesus, the grandest and best preserved of Turkey's classical sites. This ruined city is the remains of one of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World; the temple of Artemis, goddess of fertility. Marble-lined streets lead to a magnificent centre piece the great Greco-Roman theatre, which seats 25,000; was once visited by Mark Anthony and Cleopatra. Overnight is in Pammukale.

Day 04: Pamukkale
After breakfast we drive to one of Turkey's natural wonders, Pamukkale. This is a steep hillside covered in a series of chalk-like petrified waterfalls that are created by mineral-rich deposits from cascading hot springs. This amazing site is also nick-named the Cotton Castle. Later, time permitting we will visit the ancient site of Aphrodisias before returning to our hotel. Remember to bring your bathing suits.

Dinner Day 05: Gumbet – Istanbul
Post breakfast depart for the airport to board your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities and the surroundings.

Day 06: Istanbul
Today enjoy the Bosphorus Cruise. You will by pass the Dolmabahce and Beylerbeyi Palaces, wooden 19th century seafront mansions, picturesque villages and modern pleasure palaces, disembarking at the mouth of the Black Sea. You will then drive along the strait to the Sadberk Hanim Museum, a gracious three-story waterfront mansion housing a rich collection of Anatolian works of arts, antiques and relics dating back to 6,000 BC. After lunch visit Camlica Hill, The highest point in Istanbul, commanding a panoramic view of this fascinating city.

Day 07: Istanbul - Full Day Byzantine & Ottoman Relics
After breakfast depart for a full day tour of Istanbul, visiting the majestic Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and Obelisks and the magnificent Haghia Sophia, which is a great architectural beauty and an important monument both for Byzantine and for Ottoman Empires. Once a church, later a mosque, and now a museum at the Turkish Republic, Hagia Sophia has always been precious of its time. Later visit the maze that is the Grand Bazaar before a break for lunch. After lunch continue on your journey to the Topkapi Palace and Suleymaniye Mosque.

Day 08: Istanbul - London
This morning depending on the return flight to London enjoy a brief visit to the 17th century Spice Bazaar, the second largest covered bazaar in Istanbul, or enjoy some shopping in the nearby markets. Later transfer o the airport for your return flight home. .
