Day 01: Lima (Peru)
On arrival at Lima airport clear immigrations and customs and board your coach. Check into your hotel and relax for the rest of the day after your long flight.
Day 02: Lima
Lima, the city has always been one of the most important cities in South America since it was founded by the Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro in 1535. See the 18th-century San Fancrisco Monastery and its Catacombs continue to the Museum of Banco Central de Reserva where you can admire Perú's treasures: a fine selection of objects made in gold, ceramics and textiles of its different pre-columbian cultures, ranging from their origins to Inca times (BCR is closed on Saturday and Sunday). Visit the residential areas of San Isidro, Miraflores, the new commercial area south of Lima, and the ocean front to enjoy a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. Lunch (vegetarian) at a local restaurant in Miraflores. Afternoon free. In the evening dinner at the Indian restaurant.

Day 03: Lima – Paracas - Nasca
Light breakfast at the hotel. Early departure to Paracas, through the Panamerican Highway. Arrive in Paracas and proceed to Ballestas cruise. Immediate departure towards Nasca, 30-minute overflight over the Nasca Lines (subject to weather conditions).

Day 04: Nasca - Arequipa
Morning departure to Arequipa through the Panamerican Highway. Lunch en route. Arrive at dust. Dinner and overnight at Hotel

Day 05: Arequipa – Colca
After breakfast you start with an orientation of Arequipa. Visit the old district of San Lazaro and Carmen Alto. General view of the city from the Yanahuara Belvedere. The Plaza de Armas and its Cathedral, the cloisters of La Compañia Church, the church and square of San Francisco and the extraordinary citadel of the Santa Catalina convent which is built from volcanic lava and dates from the 16th century. Later departure for Colca Valley, passing near the thermal baths of Yura and climbing up towards the "National Reserve of Pampa de Cañahuas" (Km 95 and 3,800 metres above sea-level), where groups of alpacas, vicuñas and sometimes guanacos can be seen. After driving several hours more, the descent to the Colca Valley starts. The trip continues down the valley, passing next to several villages till the arrival at Chivay, the most important town of the valley.

Day 06: Colca Valley – Arequipa
Return to Arequipa via Colca Canyon. Drive down the valley and on the way you will see the beautiful Inca terraces. From the Cruz del Condor you can get a fine view of the condors flying above and below you as well as of the depth of the canyon. Return to the hotel for lunch and early afternoon departure to Arequipa via Patapampa and the viewpoint of the volcanoes (6 hours).

Day 07: Arequipa – Cusco
Transfer to the airport for your Flight to Cusco. In Cusco, reception and transfer to hotel. This afternoon, a guided visit of the city of Cuzco which includes the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Santo Domingo Church or Koricancha. Continue with a visit to the four ruins nearby, the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, overlooking the city of Cuzco, a pre Inca architectural masterpiece; Kenko, a rock sanctuary whose main attraction is a monolithic altar representing a puma, the red Fortress of Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay.

Day 08: Cusco – Sacred Valley
Full day tour to Pisac Market and Ollantaytambo. Visit to Pisac Inca Citadel. Situated on top of a mountain range overlooking the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Pisac is a complex of temples, housing areas, agricultural terraces and astronomical observatories built by the Incas, centuries ago. Continue our visit to the village of Pisac, where the handicraft market takes place everyday. After buffet lunch visit to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town which is still inhabited, and explore the ruins which tower above it.

Day 09: Sacred Valley – Machu Picchu – Cusco
After breakfast you will be transfer from the hotel to the rail station. You take Vistadome Train ride to Aguas Calientes at the foot of the Machu Picchu Ruins, transportation by bus to the ruins, guided tour of Machu Picchu (local guide) which is totally built of stone blocks, fitted with masterful precision. This fabulous city has houses, temples, warehouses, a large central square, all connected by narrow roads and steps, and is surrounded by terraces cut into the mountain side which were used for agriculture.

Day 10: Cusco – Puna
This morning you take a bus journey from Cusco to Puno. Along the way make cultural stops of the local villages of Peru. Visit the archaeological remains of Racchi and the colonial church of Andahuaylillas. Overnight in Puno.

Day 11: Puno
Full day excursion to Uros and Taquile floating islands on lake Titicaca. Lake Titicaca-8000 sq km, is one of the sacred lakes of the Incas and is the highest navigable lake in the world. Transfer by bus or car to the port. A short distance by boat from Puno on Lake Titicaca, are the floating islands made of reeds, inhabited by the Uros. They live in huts built on platforms of reeds, not more than 30-40 cms/1 foot thick. Short walk on islands. After visiting the floating islands of the Uros Indians, the boat continues as far as the island of Taquile. Members of this self-supporting Aymara community receive visitors in their colourful national costume and show them around the island. Taquile is renowned for its fine, decorative weavings. Lunch included. In the afternoon return by boat to Puno.

Day 12: Puno-Copacabana-Sun Island
Today early morning take a bus from Puno to Copacabana which is nestled between two hills on the shores of the lake and is the home of the famous dark virgin. From Copacabana take an overnight cruise to Sun Island. Sun Island is an island in Lake Titicaca, the island is the birth place of the Inca empire and the Inca believe that the sun itself was born here. You will take a south side Island tour visiting the Inca Stairway and Sacred Fountain. Visit Inti Wata Cultural complex. Later you navigate aboard the Inti Wata vessel (a totora reed raft) experiencing Titicaca primitive navigation. In the afternoon continue the Catamaran cruise to Sun Island north side where you are welcomed with music and garland by Challapampa natives. Visit the archeologically museum. You sail to Chincana Inca temple in a native wooden vessel. You visit the Chincana temple and perform a Kallawaya (witch doctor) ancient ceremony. There after visit the Scared rock. On return to the Catamaran have a candle light dinner with native folkloric performance and overnight on the Catamaran with private facilities.

Day 13: Sun Island-La Paz (Bolivia)
This morning you sail along the back drops of the famous Andes mountain range to a town of Chua(Bolivia) where you take a bus to La Paz. After lunch you have a city tour of La Paz the capital of Bolivia. You visit a typical Indian market, the famous Witch Doctor’s market and the San Francisco Colonial Church. The tour continues to the Plaza Murillo, where the cathedral, the Government Palace and the National congress buildings are located. Then, you visit the famous colonial street “Calle Jaén” where interesting museum are clustered together, followed by the visit to the open-air museum from the Tiwanaku Culture. To change scenery, the tour continues to the residential areas of Obrajes, Calacoto and La Florida. The tour ends with the visit to the unique Moon Valley, place where the erosion has caused stony forms that giving the sensation to be in a real lunar landscape. You get a chance an opportunity to walk around and visit a ceramic workshop with a demonstration of the art of pottery. Overnight in La Paz. Please note: Museums are closed in the afternoons on Sat & Sun and all day Monday.

Day 14: La Paz – Uyuni Salt Flat ‑ Colchani
This morning transfer to the airport. Pick up from the airport and visit the Uyuni Salt Flat and Incahuasi Island. This island is located in the heart of the salt flat and is he greatest of a group of islands that represents an isolated ecosystem. The island is populated with a cacti species that measures up to 12 meters high (26.25 feet), providing an impressive overview. The trip continues towards Coquesa village. After lunch ascend the Tunupa Volcano to visit the Coquesa Mummies or the Chantani Museum. Dinner and overnight at the salt hotel.

Day 16: Ojo De Perdiz – Red Lagoon ‑ Green Lagoon ‑ Hito Cajon
After breakfast depart from Ojo de Perdiz to Red Lagoon on the way you cross the Siloli desert where you will be able to appreciate an interesting rock formation well‑known as the Stone Tree, in the way you will be able to observe the llamas, vicuñas and a particular rodent denominated vizcacha. Enter to the National Reserve of Andean Fauna Eduardo Avaroa and visit the Red Lagoon, populated by 3 species of flamencos (among them the famous James) and very impressive because of its red colour, that is due to the fine sediment accumulation of the same colour in the surface, as well as the pigmentation of certain type of seaweed. Box lunch on route .The trip continues towards Sol de Mañana (Morning Sun), place where it is possible to appreciate fumes, geysers and volcanic holes. Arrival to Green Lagoon, an impressive aquatic mirror that resembles a giant emerald with a particular brightness in the mornings and afternoons; its colour is due to the high magnesium content in the water. In the proximities of this lagoon is the Licancahur Volcano. Continue the journey towards Hito Cajon (border between Chile and Bolivia). Transfer in private transportation from Hito Cajon to San Pedro de Atacama.

Day 17: El Tatio Geysers-Chuquicamata-Calama
Today with a packed breakfast have an early start at 4:30am to visit the El Tatio Geysers. The fumaroles of these geysers are the geothermal fields located in the Andes mountain range at an altitude of 4300 mts. A guided walk around the geysers In the afternoon you visit Chuquicamata- the world’s biggest copper mine (4.3 km long, 3 km wide and 800 meter deep). Overnight in Calama.

Day 18: Santiago-Return flight home
This morning you take a flight from Calama to Santiago. On arrival to the capital of Chile you have a city tour. This tour visits the most important monuments such as San Francisco Church, La Moneda Palace (House of Government), Main Square and national monuments like the Cathedral and City Hall. Time to visit Santa Lucia´s Hill – the place chosen to found the city on 1541. After dinner you head towards the airport for your overnight international flight back to your country.
